• 750mL Pinot Grigio cask wine
  • 1/4 cup Brandy or Triple Sec
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 – 4 yellow peaches
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Mint to garnish


This recipe is so simple.

Add brandy and lemon juice to the bottom of the jug.

Cut up the peaches into slices and add ice.

Top with cask white wine. Add some soda water if desired and serve immediately.
