Ingredients:

  • 1,5 litres cask white wine
  • 400mL pineapple juice
  • 250mL peach juice
  • 1 mango (chopped)
  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
  • 3 cups fresh pineapple (chopped)

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
 
Allow to sit in the fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.
 
For a cocktail look, serve in champagne glasses
